I am confident and committed graduate student who enjoys a challenge and achieving personal goals.During my degree I successfully combined my studies with work and other commitments showing myself to be self-motivated, organised and capable of working under pressure. I have a clear, logical mind with a practical approach to problem solving. I can demonstrate initiative and dedication to the job.I have finished Hospitality and Tourism Management with 2:1 degree. My course included variety of modules to give not only understanding of hospitality and tourism industry but also to give me knowledge of finance, human resources and what is the most important to prepare me to be a manager and what information I need to have to make right decisions.One of the most interesting modules I have is Ethics in Tourism. This module gave me knowledge of human rights violations all over the world cause by tourism and how large organization take advantage of local people just because they are poor and powerless.In the future I would like to work for the organization which fight against human rights violation. I have also interest in Human Resources and Marketing, after university I would like to complete CIPD training for Human Resource Professionals. My dream jobs:- Sales and Marketing- Recruitment Consultant- Assistant of Human Resource Manager- Hotel inspector (food hygiene, health and safety)- Job in Airline industry- Job in charities or private organisations like Plan International or Human Rights Watch My degree included one year work placement and I had opportunity to work in Heythrop Park Resort, Crowne Plaza. During my work placement I was promoted from a waitress to Food and Beverage Supervisor, which helped me to gain many valuable skills and to put the theory into practice.
