I am an altruistic engineer and social entrepreneur based in  Kerala, with a deep commitment to empowering communities and driving sustainable development. With a Master’s in Construction Management and ongoing studies in Social Work, I leverage both technical expertise and social insight to address key challenges such as leadership development, environmental conservation, and community resilience.As one of the co-founders of The Ignite India Foundation, I work to inspire and support young changemakers in building impactful initiatives that address the unique challenges of their communities. Ignite India fosters leadership, collaboration, and empathy, helping to nurture the next generation of social leaders committed to sustainable and meaningful change.My work with the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) is centered on empowering underprivileged women through employment, skill development, and leadership-building initiatives. By focusing on water and soil conservation, rural infrastructure, and livelihood support, I strive to create opportunities that not only uplift individual families but also strengthen the overall resilience of the community.In addition, I am passionate about addressing issues that are deeply connected to my home community. I co-founded the United Sports Foundation to unite youth across religious and political divides through sports, promoting peace and collaboration. This initiative has also extended into broader community engagement, with activities such as blood donation, charity drives, and palliative care support.My advocacy for environmental conservation is rooted in a personal mission to protect the natural resources of my region.
