Instrumentation And Control Engineer
Current- Review of project requirement and specification related to Instrumentation, Control and Automation including Field Instruments, PLC/SCADA based control system, Vibration & Condition Monitoring System, Fire Alarm System, PABX System and CCTV system.- Communicate with Clients, Consultants, equipment vendors and suppliers, when required to ensure adherence to standards and scope of work and timelines as per project plan. - Design Review of Control System Architecture diagram, Schematic & Shop Drawings, Instrument hook up drawings, Installation Drawing, Loop Diagrams, Equipment layout Drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagram and cable route diagram etc prepared by design team before submission to Client/Consultant.- Clarifies technical queries raised by consultant or Client regarding ICA systems for pump stations and pipeline construction projects-Preparation of TBE & CBE of all vendor offers by reviewing techno commercial offer including documents and drawings to ensure that vendor offer meets the client specification and requirements and its review with management.- Prepare / Review Bill of material for materials to be ordered and confirm the purchase order for procurement team.- Coordination with Logistics team for the materials delivery and assuring material are compiled as per specifications, BOM and Material Submittal approvals.- Planning of projects activities and follow up with team to ensure activities are performed as planned.- Make it ensure that the Corporate and Project Quality Management System is applied during construction activities.- Coordinate with Project Manager for the Monthly Forecast and Progress reporting.- Provide reports to Client / management to show the progress of the project/work. - Construction & Field Supervision.- Prepare / review handing over documents and ensure system is functioning as per design and specification.
