Am part of the Women In Ethereum Protocol which is a study group and community that supportsladies looking into how to get started in contributing to web3 in particular the Ethereum core protocol by making contributions to EIP repositories. Aside from that we engage in other activities and workshops that are taking place in the Ethereum Ecosystem.

• The usability of the open-source data transformation application OpenRefine (previously Google Refine) was enhanced, simplifying the reuse of intricate data purification and mold operation histories. A pull request was made and merged in the OpenRefine 3.5 version. • Because of a UX constraint, users spent an average of 10 minutes manually copying and pasting JSON logs, with the new feature, it only takes two minutes. • The import of JSON files took five minutes on average before the new "Browse" option was added. Now, it’s only one click away which is about thirty seconds. • Integration with OpenRefine 3.5 allowed operation histories to be opened and reused directly with just one click.

• As the first technical hire at social impact business Kijenzi, customization of open-source ERP was undertaken for digital supply chain and dispersed 3D manufacturing serving over 100 healthcare facilities. • The launch of the cloud-based MVP was facilitated, managing 10,000 Stock Keeping Units for over 100 partners. • Specialized ERPNext Python and JS modules were developed, resulting in a 90% reduction in stock tracking errors and a 70% improvement in order processing speed. • Created a predictive dashboard that resulted in a decline of 80% in shortage-related work stoppages and a 40% increase in supply decision accuracy. • Created capacity planning tools that linked just-in-time demands to regional capabilities, resulting in a 90% cut in overhead expenses through the rapid allocation of resources. • Daily plant administration and field engineering support were provided; algorithms for preventative maintenance were utilized to maintain productivity.
