Zonal Sales Manager (Mirpur Div)Reports Directly to Director Marketing at HQ SCO and under command of Sector Commander AJ&K (Brigadier)• Responsible for overall sale of SCO products including SCOM GSM, CDMA, DXX, ISP Services, Landline Services, all types of Scratch Cards and also responsible to monitor and ensure the stock flow at Franchise Network.• Responsible to ensure the availability of stock at Franchise Network and also ensuring the same at Retail Outlets. • Sales enhancement of all SCO products. • Responsible for SCO Customer Cares & Sale Centers for all the types of Customer Services & Sales activities• Responsible for the Follow-up Team’s activities (Backend Support Department) • Coordination with SCO HQ and advisory to Sector Commander AJK on issues related to marketing and sales of SCO products in Mirpur DivisionThe product & Services which are being handled in SCO are:SCOM (GSM Mobile Services in AJK&GB), Snet (Dialup & DSL Services), CDMA (WLL phone Service), Special Calling Cards (Prepaid Calling Cards for fixed Phone), SCO DXX Services and supervision of SCO Customers Care Centers (Sales & CS activities). Manager Admin (64 Comp Sig Bn)64 Signal Battalion is a full fledge and independent entity within SCO, responsible to look after the Operations, Management and Sales of all of SCO Products/ Services in entire Division of Mirpur AJ&K with a staff of 1250 employees.The ambient of the post of Manager Admin includes• Liaise with civil management for the Land procurement cases.• Deals with print and electronic media for image projection of SCO.• Coordinate the admin orientated matters with technical management of different systems.• Procurement of office equipment and building material.• Supervision of construction projects.

Reporting directly to Regional Manager & Director Operation CS of North. Responsible for Regional Customer Services & Sales Coordination of Franchises set up it includes, • Streamlining the Customer Services setup to minimize the General Complains of Customers.• Working as a bridge to incorporate company’s policies & procedures as immediate implementations.• Completion of access level changes for all requests of GSM Centers.• Online training of franchise customer services staff on the core issues for Jazz Team, Sims, Jazz adjustment, Operations and jazz complaints.Responsible for Service Centre Operational activities of Islamabad Office i.e. • Preparation of Daily, weekly& Monthly centre activity reports.• All restoration & activations.• Change of Value added Services.• Change of Subscriber Identification Module.• Change of Access Status.• Vetting of Documents.• Churn Management and customer retention.• Inter departmental & Cross department support.• Training of front line staff on operational activities• Working as a backup of Service centre Manager. Responsible for Regional Service Centre Operational Activities i.e.• Preparation of Daily, weekly& Monthly regional centre activity reports.• Responsible for all changes of Pre & Postpaid SIM s of North Region Inclusive of Business partners.• Verification of Sim’s, engineering equipments & customer services Documents.• Churn Management and customer retention.• Inter departmental & Cross department support.• Training of front line staff on operational activities.• Working as a backup of Regional Manager.
