My extensive finance experience has been well developed over the past 23 years with in the hospitality industry. I have worked through all finance areas and have solid understanding of hotel finance operation which always help me to resolve the challenges. I strongly believe that a strong leader develops a strong team and strong team is always a key of success.I have experience of two pre-opening hotels as a team head in 2014 & 2015, this was a great addition to my experience where I learnt a lot of new skills from the foundation to completion.My core subjects are, hotel finance operation, team building, forecasting, budgeting, KPI meetings, finance training to associates, operational issues, insurance issues, contracts evaluation, cost measures, Internal and external audits and above all protect the Owner's assets.
