During games I man our live stream. I've been tasked with starting, stopping and troubleshooting issues with our live stream during games. I also switch in and out of or sponsored spot brakes. Other production tasks include the set up and take down of our cameras, helping with audio and video checks, and producing a clean/smooth live stream for fans during our games.

As an Account Executive I have sold Season Tickets, smaller "Flex" Packages, groups/suites 20+ for the T-birds. I've helped with improving our packages to entice new fans as well as keeping our old ones. In my first season I've reached my sales goals, as well as improving my customer service skills. I'm more than proficient using our CRM (Salesforce) as I've taken courses to maximize its uses. Other than whats stated above. I'm very detail orientated, worked at generating new leads, keeping existing customers, and bringing in more revenue for the team!Planned & organized annual First Responder Night. While COVID has impact my role as an Account Executive with the Seattle Thunderbirds, the owners of the time also have stake in Silent-Aire. I was tasked to create and administer employee engagement surveys to their employees in Edmonton CA, Phoenix AZ, and Dublin IE. I have completed over 250 surveys across all three locations. Working to improve client relationships within a corporate setting. I've also worked on large client projects where the success of their company’s deliverable depends on the buy-in of all employees within Silent-Aire. I've actively worked to help positively influence corporate culture and to retain talent.Ive also worked to understand the unique perspective of all Silent-Aire employees that have taken part in the surveys by understanding and analyzing their wants, needs, and priorities, in order to improve their interaction with the organization.
