Command 100+ Marines of Recruiting Station St. Louis, distributed among 38 locations, across 3 states. Ensure that the RS attains its officer and enlisted mission, in both contracting and shipping. Lead, teach, train, and mentor all subordinate leaders and Marines in the futherance of the aim of developing independent, proactive, honest, and valuable Marines, Staff Non-Commissioned Officers, and Officers.

Assist the Regimental Operations Officer in the planning, supervision, and execution of all training, education, and operational requirements. Coordinate staff actions during orders development and facilitate version control for products and documents. Serve as the Regimental Fire Direction Officer, supervise the Regimental Fire Direction Center, performing tactical fire direction and ammunition management for the regiment. Supervise the Regimental Forward Combat Operations Center, establishing control and providing a forward command platform for the Regimental Commander.

Command 150+ Marines and Sailors of a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Battery. Plan, execute, and supervise training. Mentor and develop junior officers. Ensure operational and maintenance readiness. Integrate a M777 lightweight howitzer cannon platoon to form a composite (rocket and cannon) artillery battery to deploy in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Civil Military Operations subject matter expert supporting Infantry Battalion Commanders in Marjah, Afghanistan. Plan, supervise, and execute humanitarian, reconstruction, and development projects through contingency contracting. Small unit leader conducting mounted and dismounted combat patrols. Host and facilitate discussion during meetings with local elders, businessmen, and government officials. Supervise the expenditure of contingency funds.

Served in the following billets:- Fire Direction Officer: Conducted tactical and technical fire mission processing utilizing both manual and automated gunnery techniques. Lead, mentor, and train Marines and Sailors of Headquarters Platoon and the Fire Direction Center. Assigned collateral duties as training, education, safety, and communications officer.- Provisional Rifle Platoon Commander: Deployed to western Al Anbar Province, Iraq from September 2005 to May 2006. Conducted training for 75 Marines to transition from primary artillery mission to provisional infantry operations. Integrated with US Customs and Border Patrol. - Executive Officer: Planned and coordinated the daily operations of the unit. Served in collateral billets as maintenance management, training, and supply officer. Supervised the transition of the battery from the M198 medium towed howitzer to the M777 lightweight howitzer.
