This includes coordinating the start-up of various systems (Power plant, Instrument air compressor/Nitrogen system, Demin water/ cooling tower, R22 and R23 Compressors, Hot oil system and Feed Gas Compressor etc.) in the correct order to prevent damage, ensure safety.• Assist control room operators in troubleshooting operational issues, equipment malfunctions, and process deviations by providing technical expertise, analyzing data, and implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions and maintain production targets.• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between control room operators, field personnel, maintenance teams, and management to relay critical information, address operational issues, and ensure seamless workflow integration.• Maximizing the efficiency of production processes by monitoring equipment performance, identifying areas for optimization, and making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal operating conditions. • Adjust process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, and levels to maintain optimal operating conditions and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.• Implementing emergency shutdown procedures and responding to emergency situations to prevent accidents, protect personnel, equipment and minimize environmental impact. • Maintaining accurate records of operational activities, equipment status, process parameters, and maintenance tasks as required for regulatory compliance, performance analysis, and historical reference.

Pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and operation of Renewable Gas Facilities.Ensure that all safety and precautionary requirements and procedures are followed during the commissioning.Ensure Field Operators perform daily routine activities as per schedule and follow up the activities, recording it in the logbook and reporting to Operations Manager.Determining the cause of equipment malfunctions and recommending corrective actions.Propose corrective actions to preventing incidents and problems, optimizing the processes from a technical, economic, safety and environmental perspective.
