From 2015-2017, I was the EVP and Divisional President of Finish Line, where I was responsible for Enterprise Strategy, Analytics, Marketing and eCommerce. Prior to joining Finish Line, I spent 8 years in various leadership roles at Sears Holdings (Sears and Kmart), and most recently served as the EVP & President of Online, Marketing, Financial Services and Pricing & Analytics. Before joining Sears Holdings, I worked for Circuit City and OfficeMax leading and maximizing their digital strategy.I earned a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Akron and a Bachelor’s degrees in biology from The College of Wooster.I am married with three kids, two boys and a girl.
