As president of Perfect Image since 1991, I have participated in the transformation of one of the most volatile yet resilient U.S. industries. Commercial printing, for decades the primary medium across the marketing landscape, endured the emergence and maturation of digital marketing. Many thought digital communications a death knell for print, but history proved otherwise. Despite major attrition among U.S. print firms, along with consolidation and re-engineering to stay relevant, print and digital mediums now co-exist to create unprecedented results for marketers. Including through Perfect Image. While my company has served some of the nation’s largest brands, such as Bank of America, Coca-Cola and others, I saw these shifts coming and diversified our offerings with solutions beyond the printed piece. I focused our expertise and services on the markets we know best – education, nonprofit and small to mid-sized businesses. And historically an early adopter of new technologies and methodologies, Perfect Image became a leader in our class among mid-sized commercial print and multichannel marketing firms. Perfect Image has the distinct advantage of knowing how to bring big brand results to segments often challenged by more limited budgets, time and resources. Passionate about civic and industry involvement, I have served on the board of directors of many organizations. I currently serve on the board of Georgia Humanities and chair the board's Development Committee. I am also passionate about lifelong learning. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis, and am a graduate of the Harvard Business School Summer Venture in Management Program in Cambridge, Mass. I completed the Advanced Management Education Program at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago, and attended the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H.
