Lead Engineer
Current- I handle employee requests related to the work of the internal web portal for submitting requests for various services;- I administer access to services and services;- I am compiling a technical specification to improve the user experience with the internal web portal;- I am making up requirements for adding new functions to the web portal administration service;- I ensure the collection of requirements for improvements directly through the analysis of incoming incidents and service requests from users (internal customers);- I set tasks for developers to finalize through registration of requests on the web portal, or through setting tasks in Jira;- I analyze data in the database through basic SQL queries and the necessary upload to Qlik Sense and Oracle SQL Developer;- I am correcting and normalizing directories in HP Service Manager;- As part of the releases of new versions of the web portal for creating appeals, I compile test cases for inspections, and also keep existing ones up to date;- I participate in conducting functional, regression, smoke testing of the mobile application of the internal web portal for creating template requests on iOS and Android platforms as part of the releases of new versions in the role of a tester, as well as direct management of a team of testers;- I fix and track bugs in Jira for revision by the development teams.
