Psychotherapist (dialectical behavioral therapy)Maria provided psychological assistance to 40 clients and teenage clients, as well as their parents. Mainly in the DBT approach, with elements of art therapy, psychoeducation, social support (telephone coaching, preparation for hospitalization, conflict resolution, family sessions).

During her work at the Crossroads Center, she took part in organizing conferences, round tables, seminars for specialists and lectures for parents and teenagers. She was engaged in the optimization of work processes within the team and interaction with clients, document flow, reporting, and provided technical assistance in scientific research.As a psychologist, Maria has worked with adolescents and adults included in their social developmental situation - parents, teachers, other psychologists and doctors. Work formats: individual and family counseling, was a counselor and leader of teencamps, led trainings and support groups, on the client's territory (outreach programms), in schools and on the premises of the Center. Including project with the team in the Mozhaisk correctional institution. She was also in charge of the Crossroads project PointB, which specializes in social and psychological support for adolescents in the Brateevo district (“troubled” neighbourhood).
