Am in charge of installing Windows operating systems and applications on Users PCs, creating and managing user accounts, mailboxes and File shares, maintaining log on scripts for users, configuring and troubleshooting of a Print server and printers, general user Support by giving basic training to users about the use of Windows XP ,7 and 8.I provide help desk support within the office premises, monitoring and managing daily, weekly and monthly production follow ups,inventory,backups of data, installing, configuring, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of the exchange mail server and client computers.
