Starting from December 2020 I worked as a freelance recruiter to screen prospective candidates who applied for the FIFA/CIES Executive Programme. Among my responsibilities are: - Conduct interviews, and process all prospective candidates.- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.

- Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and common medical conditions.- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and monitor patient progress.- Provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric populations.- Promote preventive care by offering health education, counseling, and appropriate screenings.- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent.

-Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to medical students at skill lab classes.- Identifying, adapting, and designing different instructional resources and methods to meet students' varying needs and learning styles- Monitoring the progress of students- Providing periodical, informative feedback

Starting from February 2022 I got this internship to work in Cairo University's Hospitals in all departments such as: Gynaecology, Pediatric, Surgery, Internal medicine, Emergency.Among my responsibilities:- Perform routine examinations of patients- Understand patients' health conditions based on symptoms and tests- Give appropriate health advice- Set diagnosis based on medical expertise and knowledge - Access patient's medical history- Examine, analyze and interpret lab tests results- Collaborate with other physicians and team members- Keep records of patients’ progress and history

During my role as a freelance recruiter, I was responsible for:- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms) - Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates- Screening incoming resumes and application forms- Interviewing candidates (via phone)
