SunuCity is a mobile application that allow people to report incidents that have occurred on the public infrastructures of their municipalities (lighting, public roads, etc.) - receiving alerts and notifications from the public companies responsible for these installations (SONATEL, SDE , ...) - having a complete directory on their smartphone (emergencies numbers, hospitals, ...)

I intervene in bachelor and master courses inside the Computer Engineering Department of ESP. And here are the modules in which I intervene:- Object-oriented design with UML- Software Development Process (Unified Process, Agile Methodology, ...)- Project management in Computer Engineering (continuous integration, continuous deployment, communication management, version management, documentation, ...)- Technology watch (tools and methods)

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Pole is part of the Valorization Department of the Polytechnic School of Dakar. Its main mission is to support innovation among students and to supervise student entrepreneurs in the realization of their projects.

I was responsible for the following tasks relating to establishment of internal IM systems concerning persons of concern on the move in coordination with UNHCR colleagues as well as partners:- Explore secondary data through research;- Develop sustainable and reliable data collection systems, including protection monitoring undertaken by Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies, which ensure UNHCR data protection norm;- Design capacity strengthening sessions for data collectors;- Implement data collection in Field Operations and ensure data quality;- Maintain relevant database and spearhead data analysis;- Prepare data visualization respecting UNHCR branding;- Assist in document designing;- Explore information sharing platforms to targeted audiences and ensure dissemination; and- Travel as necessary to support colleagues and partners in field

Il a clairement été montré qu'offrir des cadeaux rendait heureux. Les travaux des chercheurs en économie du bonheur démontrent que les dépenses pour les autres font partie des rares dépenses qui augmentent durablement le bonheur des individus. Faire un cadeau à quelqu'un, c'est entretenir voire renforcer le lien social qui vous unit à cette personne. Le cadeau fonctionne comme un marqueur du lien social. Or une des composantes du bien-être psychologique est le sentiment de connexion aux autres. Quand on fait des cadeaux, comme lorsque l'on en reçoit, ce sentiment de connexion augmente. Nous aimons donc offrir des cadeaux aux personnes qui nous sont chères, à différentes occasions, entre autres: -Anniversaire d'un ami ou d'un proche -Mariage, anniversaire de mariage, naissance d'un enfant -Fêtes (Noël, fête des mères, fête de pères, journée de la femme, ...) Même si la volonté est là, très souvent faute de temps, nous avons du mal à trouver le cadeau idéal mais surtout à le faire parvenir au destinataire si celui-ci ne se trouve pas dans notre entourage proche. Et c'est là la raison d'être de SamaKDO: nous aider à trouver le cadeau idéal et l'apporter à la bonne personne (en créant l’effet de surprise).

Jangando is a startup specializing in the development of IT solutions in the field of education and training. Jangando is a wolof word, the most spoken language in Senegal, which means "Learning together" in english.

We are in charge of the realization and maintenance of a Sentinel surveillance system which allows the follow-up of the risks of epidemic in Senegal and alert authorities concerned so that they take the appropriate measures in time.

Club Synapse is the computer club of the Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique of Dakar. Founded in 2006, the club is attached to the school's computer science department and organizes various activities to popularize technological advances in the field of ICT among students.

As a GSA at Ecole Supérieure Polytechnique in Dakar, my function is to act as an interface between the school and Google. I organize training sessions on Google products with students and members of the administration, I help school in the deployment of the Google Apps for Education platform.

I was working on the Software Factory at SSI, a platform for managing and automating the production of software projects. During this intership, I was entrusted with the setting up of a continuous integration platform.
