I am Muhammad Ikawan Fadhli bin Jaafar, a recent Construction Project Management student graduate from University of Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM)I would like to take this opportunity to share with you my brief academic background. I am degree holder of Technology Management of Construction (Construction Project Management) with a CGPA of 2.97. Base on this course I have learn so many basic in related civil background such as Structural Design and Analysis, Engineering Drawing, Quantity Surveyor, OSHA and many others. I also learn in management subject such as Construction Project Management and Human Resources Management. Thus I can easy to learn if I seat and give at any position.The technical skills that I manage to learn through my working experience and internship include site supervisor and project coordinator. I have learnt how to deliver better monitoring and overseeing the work progress while in internship. Beside that I also know and have experience in resolve technical issue, NCR, corrective action and preventive action. Currently I’m working at Kuala Tahan, Jerantut for Slope Remedial work. This is the first ever experience of me for the earthworks project. Being a fast learner and independent is one of my strength. I used to supervise all technical work and prepared all of documentation (JKR) for that project.
