• Plan and implement additions, deletions and major modifications to the technology infrastructure in multiple locations.• Assist in choice of ERP software solution, aid for system completion and process, interfacing with presented systems, configuration of the tools for analysis.• Manage projects on internal technology strategic planning, data warehouse, training, data collections, Internet site development, and communications design.• Oversee the implementation of Enterprise Network Security at every level.• Improves enterprise IT strategies and practices for client engagement, project methodology, architectural governance, enterprise documentation, infrastructure migration, development team evolution, and IT support. • Oversee the planning and management of the company’s telephone system and manage company-wide upgrade efforts.• Oversee the management of the 24/7 help desk activities and resolve escalated issues if necessary.• Help establish and build relationships with vendors in conjunction with corporate leadership.• Oversee all IT-related purchasing and budgeted usage; work with accounting to develop budgets.• Ensure department is well informed, at all times, of changes and news worthy events within the company.• Handle difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.• Exercise staff oversight to ensure new operations plans, policies, procedures, and transition/migration plans are consistent with the overall company goals and objectives.• Hold responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis.• Reinforce team approach throughout practice both on client projects and internal initiatives.• Support and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization.• Communicate effectively with external clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies.
