I am responsible for processing transactions and purchases from various customers. I also maintain and recover the store during business hours. I provide customer service to customer inquiries and needs.

I was responsible for stocking and merchandising goods from the receiving warehouse as well as maintaining the Cooking and Eating Department during open hours. I would also put in order requests to bring more of certain goods that were low in stock from the overhead. I provided customer service to those who had inquiries about department and product location and created order lists for those picking up goods from the warehouse.

As Department Manager, I was responsible for the opening and closing of the store. I handled logistics within the store and processed the goods received from the delivery truck. I dealt with store to store product transfers. I also merchandised the store during various seasonal and sales promotions. I processed customer returns and exchanges and resolved customer issues and inquiries. I managed and reconciled register tills as well. As Sales Associate, I provided customer service to clientele in their menswear purchases and processed monetary transactions. I also provided online order services for customers as well.
