Establish and maintain relationships with community partners in order to advance Wellness House's program initiative to provide support to people impacted by cancer who would not otherwise have access to our specialized psychosocial oncology support. Includes identifying viable partners, cultivating relationships, developing programming, building a professional bench of facilitators and creating communications/marketing for programming at all our partner sites.Represent Wellness House by presenting at various community-based organizations and events in order to increase awareness of and referrals to programs at our Hinsdale facility.

• Prepare long-term and short-term goals and account objectives- build trust and long-term relationships with clients• Adjusts work assignments as needed to cover peak periods, leave and vacancies at the staffed hospital sites.• Provides coverage in event of backlogs, illness, vacation or leave of absence of ROI Specialists.• Educate on HIPPA Compliance• Performs Quality Assurance monitoring of work performance for the ROI Specialists.• In conjunction with and under the direction of the Regional Manager, conducts productivity and work performance reviews for ROI Specialist in accordance with MMRA/customer policies and procedures and Federal/State law.• In conjunction with and under the direction of the Regional Manager, monitors performance and provides performance feedback for ROI Specialists.• Manages employee schedules and approves bi-weekly payroll to include approval of PTO requests• Promotes a positive self-image of MMRA with emphasis on customer service by treating patients, co-workers, and medical center personnel with courtesy and respect. Responds to customer needs in a positive and efficient manner.

Responsible for the management of medical records; review each patient's physical chart, including the medical history, doctor's notes and current medications. Enter that information into an electronic database system or verify if it was entered correctly.• Send electronic health records to the coding department.• Run charting reports for insurance and state funded residents.• Main point of contact for PCC Training for physicians and staff.• Obtain and review charts of expired and discharged residents that are to be sent to law offices.

• Recruiting and training activists, coordinating strategic grassroots campaigns, administering strategies for activism, building and maintaining a key contact program, especially in priority legislative districts,and maintenance of activist data.• Work collaboratively with state teams and media managers to support opportunities for member participation, plan and execute events and meetings, assist with fundraising, political activities, member recruitment, and membership support.• Facilitate communication between staff and field director.
