Built and implemented the current transactions process for Hotels.ng, the biggest online reservations agency in Nigeria, with an average annual success rate of around 97%.Duties include but not limited to:Managing the Transactions Team (Remote).Accounts Payable and Receivable.Payroll.Book keeping and Income Reporting.Accounts Management.Corporate Debt & Invoicing.

*Handling thousands of transactions on company's behalf on a monthly basis: Payments to partners(hotels), refunds to clients and payments to vendors.* Managing and maintaining company's book of accounts: Making sure proper records are kept.*Managing over 15 company's accounts with constant interactions with Relationship Managers and making sure that everything is smoothly run and money is properly accounted for.*Monitoring all incoming payments, making sure our records tally, payouts are timely, and clients have no issues.

Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issuesare resolved both promptly and thoroughly.Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfillcustomer needs.Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limitedto: reservations, driving instructions and recommendations.Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone.Use automated information systems to analyze the customer’s situation.Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decisionmaking.
