ITpreneurs Nordics is a successful Joint Venture between CFN People and ITpreneurs focused on the Nordic countries. Managed the Joint Venture process and achieved 100% growth in revenue and margin over a period of 3 years.

General management and P&L responsible for the EMEA region within ITpreneurs. Managed a team of Regional Business Managers, Operation managers and trainers (12 FTE) and actively build ITpreneurs business in the EMEA region through a network of training partners. A strong growth in partnership has been achieved leading to a growth of 500%+ in revenue within.

Projects include:- Business Development; investigate, set-up and respond to a large European tender.- Business Development; setup business proposition and create a proposal for a large prospect.- Interim Management; Interim ICT Manager IJsselmeerziekenhuizen (restructure and align ICT departement)

Identified, developed, and led large strategic opportunities with a small team of senior sourcing directors. Responsible for taking the sales lead on large strategic (outsourcings) deals.

Managed a team of Senior Account Directors (8 FTE) within Transport, Travel, FMCG and the Retail sector. Identified, build relationships with key sector players, and implemented sector focus. Responsible for 20 Mio of Revenue and 50 Mio of Order Intake. Member of the International Sector team and Local Sales Management Team.

Sold value added services into the Financial Sector. Strong focus on new accounts and new business. Managed and build relationships on senior level within Financial Sector. Closed several large deals with new accounts and new types of business. Over scored the target by 700% (Order Intake 60 Mio) and was awarded the BT President Club award.

Finalisation of the product development of “the Toock” an automatic golf swing capturing and analysis device. Restructuring of the IT activities. Set-up and execute a sales and marketing plan.

Commercially responsible for the identification, qualification, positioning, contracting, and delivery of the projects at ABN AMRO. Projects included application development, middleware, staffing, implementation, and roll-out projects. Average revenue target 7 Mio Euro on a yearly basis, over scored target year on year.

During college years I worked as a part time project leader (team of college students) on several IT projects.
