As a customer Relationship officer working with an Auto Repair company, i ensure i recieved and welcome new and old customer, providing them with informations of what the company does as well as direct them to the right offices depending on what the customer came for. I recieve calls and carry out call back on both old and new customers, I send out messages to build and maintain good customer Relationship while documenting their response to enhace office growth.
