Carrefour Brazil's E-Commerce implementation challenge:• Responsible for the new E-Commerce applications implementation within the Public Cloud environment (including the SAP Hybris platform);• DevOps culture implementation, through the adoption of automation tools (Puppet, Rundeck, Jenkins, etc.) for cloud infrastructure provisioning and automated application deployments (pipeline);• Agile management practices adoption, in order to organize deliverables, creating a "startup" environment, motivating and attracting talents to the team;• Responsible for the architecture and implementation of the connectivity infrastructure (networking) between the Public Cloud environment and the On-Premises environment;• Responsible for the creation of the Technology Operations and Support team to support new applications of E-Commerce, and the respective user business areas.After E-Commerce Go-Live:• Evolution and growth of the team to meet DevOps demands in the squads created to evolve the E-Commerce features, as well as new digital initiatives: Mobile App, Coupon Automation and Connected Store;• Team reorganization, dividing it on 3 areas (Cloud, DevOps and SRE) focusing on specific deliveries.Cloud Platform:• Multicloud strategy creation, in order to transform existing automations into a self-service platform (ManageIQ), where squads themselves can consume Cloud resources and services, abstracting the corporate infrastructure complexity;• Platform team creation to implement the Multicloud strategy (6 people);• Acting as a "Product Owner" on the Platform team.

Responsible for the IT infrastructure on Distribution Centers (DCs), including tech support, operation and projects.• New DC in Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Pernambuco;• Argentina's DC moving; • Network restructuring (LAN) in Barueri's DC, with optical ring, link aggregation and STP implementation in all switches;• Automation of the renaming and transferring studio photos, making Online a process that took up to 2 days;• Implementation of photo robot 360º (PhotoRobot + SpinMe);• Internet centralization in HO, reducing links costs; • Consciouness campaign and action, in order to reduce PDAs damages (85% decreasing).

Responsible for IT, involving:- Internal Team (4 people)- External Data Center (UOL Diveo); - Mobile Phone and Telecom contracts; - SAP environment; - Active Directory. Projects:- WAN network implementation (MPLS + VPN IPSec) connecting 6 branch offices with headquarters; - IT infrastructure for new head office: cabling, wifi, telephony, nobreak, internal data center and audio-visual; - Servers migration to External Data Center (UOL Diveo); - SAP project's support; - Mobile phone operator replacement (portability of 200 numbers).

Responsible for IT on Distribution Center of Sao Paulo Capital (SPC).

Responsible for IT infrastructure operational services, involving Help Desk team and Microsoft/Network specialists coordination, as well as mobile phone and printing outsourcing contracts management. Operationally, I was responsible for level 2 support (Brazil) and level 1 support (Europe and Asia), analysis and approbation of changes, infrastructure monitoring and Data Center administration [backup (CA Brightstor Arcserve), storage (EMC Clariion) and antivirus (Trend Micro)]. Support and/or participation in many projects, like SAP implementation, Electronic Invoice (NFe - Nota Fiscal Eletrônica), IP telephony (VoIP) and BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server). International experience of 2 weeks working on a project in Switzerland (Geneva).
