I know what the most exquisite customers want and how they want it. I love to advise and guide them so they can absolutely enjoy the experience they are living in the moment. I am eager to learn, implement innovations and share my knowledge with the team. An other of my greater passions is traveling, visiting new places and learning everything about other cultures and I’ve had the opportunity to do so as much as I could have and even better, doing it hand in hand with my other great passion, eating. This has given me not only an open-mind but it also has developed a greater sense of what this amazing industry is all about. My professional goal, in a short term basis, is to become a key part in the excellent performance of an important restaurant / hotel chain. Get a high responsibility job with continuous challenges where I can, besides continue my learning, keep developing my skills as a professional in the restaurant / hotel business.
