As a continuation of the work developed on 2013, in this stage of the project, the main works have been the design of the monitoring system's plan for the new sections and the supervision of the installation of the control devices. Besides developing the plan as well as the templates and datasheets used, have been developed the checkpoint reports used to keep informed the proper authorities, assist the client on high level meetings, and control the proper evolution of the project goals.

Trabajo realizado como colaborador en Wolf Project en el desarrollo del "Taller de dirección de proyectos: aplicación práctica", ayudando a elaborar el material necesario para el correcto desarrollo del curso y asegurar así el máximo aprovechamiento del mismo por parte de los alumnos, enseñando de una manera aplicada a desarrollar proyectos siguiendo los principales cuerpos de conocimiento como es el PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge) de PMI (Project Management Institute -USA) o la metodología PRINCE2.

The Marmaray project involves the construction of the first railway that will connect Asia and Europe through a tunnel under the Bosphorus strait. As a monitoring site chief engineer, my responsabilities were to study, analyze and develop all the necessary activities to perform an exhaustive control of the works that the contractor developed to carry out the project. Also, assuring that all works were done under the proper conditions of safety and that the project parameters were accomplished. To do so I managed the monitoring and survey teams, developing the proper reports and assisting the necessary meetings with contractor and technical management in order to provide the proper assistance to our client.
