I have gained experience from both sides of the industry working as a social housing senior project manager and as a construction project administrator for a main contractor. Jan 2022 Saxon Weald Interim PM - to step in a handover 4 S106 Sites and manage 2 schemes in defects.Aug 2021 Saxon Weald Interim PM - to step in and manage 3 land led schemes comprising houses/flats. 2019-21 Contractor PM Role for Exbury Homes Ltd. 43 units in Waterlooville with Guinness. The scheme is a phased development and Phase 1 is now complete. I have worked on this scheme with the Director Mike Wootton, from outline planning to design and completion of Phase 1. Phase 2 is being renegotiated due to Covid/Brexit cost increases and remains on hold. In March 2018 I re-joined Exbury Homes on a part time consultancy basis and we successfully completed 19 units for Accent Group as well as managing 16 units in defects for Clarion Housing. In 2016-2018 I became a company Director and Co owner of REMS Property Ltd. We have successfully converted a 4 bed house into a 3 bed and 2 bed house for private sale, with one unit sold, the other now rented. The company consists of 4 Directors and I fully manage all external trades, purchasing, buy/selling of properties and dealing with architects/planners and building control. This role is ongoing. 2012 - 2016 I secured contracts with Sussex Housing & Care, working on their first extra care scheme based in Seaford, Hastoe Housing for an interim period and Eastbourne Homes Ltd.
