Data Analysis and Data Tracking• Lead data management efforts utilizing tools such as PowerBi to automate manual processes to increase team efficiency • Re-engineer and develop PowerBi dashboards to present POA&M and ATO trends and statuses to help executive management drive strategic decisions• Perform data analysis to investigate and identify trends or underlying themes across the program Cyber Security and Vulnerability Management• Work directly with the client product owners, system architects, developers, and external stakeholders to help drive the client to continuously improve security postures of each respective system• Review compliance standards to ensure requirements are met and identify anomalies for further actions • Research security resources such as NIST 800-53 publication and configuration guides to advise developers or system subject matter experts (SMEs) with applicable remediation actions • Track and help lead cross-team collaboration efforts to remediate A&A findings identified within an allotted remediation period to avoid the finding from becoming a POA&MProject Management • Leverage SAFe Agile methodology to work with scrum teams and agile release trains to plan and execute user stories and features in support of the client’s overall mission• Deliver clear and consistent written communication across stakeholders of all levels to increase efficiency and resolve or appropriately escalate issues • Manage, update and monitor the client’s Confluence site to assist with driving POA&M closure efforts • Identify and document impediments hindering POA&Ms from being completed by their Estimated Completion date (ECD) • Brief leadership and client on security related accomplishments and successes on an ongoing basis
