"My work, interest, and experience revolve around Entrepreneurship, Incubation, SMEs, Entrepreneurial Finance, Business Law & TVET with an emerging interest in research."I am a Director in the Sukkur IBA University’s Centre for Entrepreneurial Leadership and Incubation. I joined the university in 2014 and has been working on entrepreneurship, incubation, SMEs, and the TVET sector. I am the project director of different indigenous initiatives, patron of the entrepreneurship society, which runs the Distinguished Innovation Entrepreneurship Collaboration and Entrepreneurship (DICE) Foundation US chapter and a Hult Prize Chapter. During my tenure with the university, I encircled myself in value addition, capacity building, proposals development, project management, financial management, mentoring, linkages, and networking. My practical and academic research work has covered entrepreneurship eco-system development, incubation management, start-ups commercialization, entrepreneurial finance, SMEs development, financial and project management, training, and TVET planning. Before joining the university, I worked as a Regional Business Coordinator at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, Ministry of Industries, Government of Pakistan for around ten years. I also remained a founding member of start-ups, mentor, entrepreneur, trainer, and faculty member.
