- Reporting the results of asset inventory stock taking to Management which is carried out at the end of each month.- Make product stock reports available in the warehouse every day to superiors and the sales division- Monitoring the delivery process in accordance with applicable data and standards- Create and manage employee & freelance entry schedules in all branches- Make a recapitulation of freelance staff attendance in all branches- Ensure that the workforce has worked according to the SOP- Validate every bill from expedition vendors every month- Negotiate contracts and agreements with logistics providers for service improvements- Coordinate with procurement team to optimize stock levels.- Reviewing the performance of expedition services that have collaborated with the company

- Process every incoming order according to data and carry out Quality Control before the goods are delivered to customers- Create a delivery and pickup schedule for each courier on duty- Follow up via WhatsApp chat to every customer who has entered the end of the collaboration contract- Follow up with expedition vendors for any packages that exceed the delivery SLA- Perform Quality Control of every item that has returned from the rental period- Distribute sales stock requirements to all sales branches
