I was a founding partner of Kitchen La Frenais Morgan in 1990 which became KLM Retail, now KLM Real Estate, one of the leading retail and leisure property consultancies based in London.With over 35 years experience of the retail property sector, I have responsibility for, and involvement in, all aspects of the retail and leisure property markets enabling me to provide a fully integrated approach that covers such aspects as;• The acquisition, letting and disposal of retail properties.• The valuation and negotiation of rent reviews and lease renewals of retail properties.• The acquisition of sites and the development of retail properties.All of this on a nationwide basis, in Outlet Centres, Shopping Centres and on High Streets, for landlords and tenants.In addition I helped establish The International Retail Network, a partner network of like-minded retail property experts based in the key global retail markets which provides retail intelligence, trends and connectivity that is invaluable to our clients.Outside of work, I am a passionate triathlete and volunteer as a team manager for the GB Age Group triathlon team. I have a keen interest in wine and true to my Yorkshire roots, I am a keen follower of Leeds United.I am interested in connecting with senior personnel and business leaders who have property as part of their remit who are interested in looking for a more complete retail and leisure property solution.
