I enjoy the outdoors and have recently hiked the Pacific Crest Trail, which stretches from the Mexican border to the Canadian border, covering a distance of 4,300 kilometers. In addition, community involvement is very important to me. I regularly visit Brandbjerg Højskole, where I assist them in planning, coordinating, and organizing some of their events for both their team and current students. These events are conducted in English.As a graduate engineer with a specialization in chemistry and bio-technology, I have so far focused on environmental pollution and the corresponding remediation processes, supported by extensive practical experience. However, through various food-related projects during my studies, I have also acquired profound theoretical knowledge regarding energy and mass balances, process under-standing, and analytical chemistry. As an independent entrepreneur, a thorough approach to task resolution, a structured approach to daily tasks, and a calm overview of current and upcoming assignments are required, making it necessary for me to be proactive in my planning.
