As a project director, IH might required to do the discussion with client on the event flow and requirement. Project Director also need to make engagement with celebrity, sub-contractor or any other relevant party on behalf of client including their movement, contracts, payment and etc for the event.To make the planned for item required before the event as well as permits or approval required from authority are obtained prior to event. Project Director also responsible for the equipment movement and logistic. Overall incharge on site before, during and after event to ensure all equipments and event run smoothly as planned. Participate in campaigns and other event activities in assisting the team to ensure high standards of client’s brand representation in line with company’ standards.As Project Director IH May need to deal with media advertising and interview where required either to promote the event or other requirement. To ensure the physical premise is well maintained in line with the quality and standards.

Execute sales activity planned by superior in daily routine which involved offline and online sales method. Apart from that HP need to serve the potential and existing customer as required to fullfill their requirement in using, puchasing and issue address while using company’s product. All documentation required for purchase of company product will be under HP custody and must be submit to admin timely as well as to protect customer detail from expose to 3rd party by any means. HP also need to continuously promote company range of product for better Malaysia’n lifestyle and benefits. As part of continuous development, HP need to give commitments for training activity conducted by HQ and sales group.

Provide technical input on current vessels and also new vessels whenever necessary. 3. To carry out vessel inspection onboard vessel bases where Adamas vessel operated and advise improvement to management. 4. Review current preventive maintenance maintenance manual schedule and provide for professional updates and improvement. 5. To monitor and update charterer on vessel performance in timely manner.6. Overlook technical spec and drawing for all retrofit and refurbish project to comply with charterer n legislation requirements.7. Head of Department for Technical department in Malaysia office.8. In-charge of fuel management team for all vessels. 9. Custody for defect reporting system for the company.

Technical Preventive Superintendent / promoted to Technical Operation Manager on 2016 (Sealink Sdn Bhd) 1. To look after the whole fleet of Sealink Operation Offshore vessels on preventive maintenance planning and documentations and necessary compliance. 2. Provide technical input on current vessels and also new vessels whenever necessary. 3. To carry out vessel inspection onboard vessel bases in Labuan, Kemaman, Sarawak and where Sealink vessel operated and advise improvement to management. 4. Review current preventive maintenance maintenance manual schedule and provide for professional updates and improvement. 5. To monitor and of new building vessel in China or any location required by company. 6. Overlook technical spec and drawing for all newbuilding project/vessel for Sealink 7. Head of Department for Technical department. 8. Drydock committee member for Sealink 9. Person In-charge for entire operation of DP vessel owned by Sealink. 10. Superintendent, Loss Prevention QAHSSE (MISC) To support the Risk management Section of QAHSSE Department and in the overall delivery of QAHSSE objective and commitment of excellence in HSSE matters, by developing, establishing, maintaining and improving FMS shipboard and shore based management, to ensure safe operation of MISC fleet of vessel in line with MISC’s Corporate HSE and Securities Policy and the relevant national & international regulations. Area of Accountability 1. Preparing Safety Bulletin/Alert/Advisory to enhance the safety culture onboard MISC managed vessel. 2. To perform the role of Incident Investigator as appointed by Chief Investigator by using TRIPOD investigation methodology. 3. HSSE update – preparation of performance update for PSC Inspection and Near Misses Reporting 4. Review of Risk Assessment and PTW for operation required Head Office authorization. 5. Designated as one of rotational ERT duty Superintendent and support the Incident Commander 6. Implement, analyze and improve the FMS HSSE – Risk Management in accordance to relevant legislation, coded and best practices and to minimize HSSE risk. 7. Implement the initiative taken in line with ZIZA to minimize if not eliminate risks of harm or injury to shipboard personnel. 8. Appraise, collate and implement the initiative taken to minimize if not eliminate the number of deficiencies onboard MISC managed vessel in Port State Control (PSC) Inspection. 9. Act as a secretary for the Loss Prevention Committee Meeting 10. Maintain close relationships with relevant internal and external party like local/foreign port authorities, official and other maritime related regulatory bodies. 11. Chief EngineerA “Managerial Officer”. Head of Engine Department and of the ship’s Maintenance Team. Plans, organizes, co-ordinates and controls the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment installed onboard for the purposes of ship propulsion, cargo handling and the provision of catering services. Areas Of Accountability 1. The safe working practices of all personnel ; (together with the Master) 2. The discipline of the staff in his department. A complete understanding with the Master is essential and also to ensure the effective coordination and harmony between Deck Officers and Engineers; 3. Chairman for daily work planning meeting. 4. The efficient operation of all machinery and equipment installed onboard for the purposes of ship propulsion, cargo handling and the provision of catering services. 5. The routine checking, test, maintenance and repair of machinery and fittings throughout the ship including the maintenance activities of the radio equipment. 6. Assist Chief Officer for maintenance and testing of Fixed Fire fighting system on board and other LSA and FFA equipment in engine room and other machinery space(s) ; 7.
