Hello to those who have found their way to my page! I believe that you will see that I am a man who wears many hats. I manage a team of people, I shoot and edit video, I have narrated and produced close to ten audiobooks, and when I manage to squeeze out a little extra time, I enjoy woodworking and Cross fit. I love people and technology.I am a skilled leader who believes that leading begins with transparency and owning your mistakes. I have several years of running a business as a Starbucks assistant manager with as many as 25 employees, and have been involved in every process from hiring new employees to turning the number 22 store into the number 3 store in our 500 store area. I understand results, and have helped manage in three different high performing stores (known in the company as two million dollar stores). All of this was achieved while receiving awards of 100% compliance with our Quality Assurance Standards Audits.I am also an audiobook Narrator/ Producer. This involves giving life and creativity to pages on a book. I have narrated everything from crime novels to diet books to psychology books. This job requires that I utilize my right brain and focus to provide a quality recording while also meeting firm deadlines.On top of that, I am a Freelance Videographer and Editor. This is another way that I can keep my love for technology. I am obsessed over giving my clients quality videos, some of which have over 100,000 views. I deliver over strict deadlines, and work long hours to complete my task.
