• Prepare and set up devices for rollout exercise, ensure hardware and software function properly at various locations pan Nigeria.
• Escalate hardware and software issues to Siebel CRM (V3) helpdesk executives via telephone and follow through issue resolution with helpdesk executives
• Provide on-site go-live support/refresher training for BAT and GBNL staff working with Siebel CRM solution for a maximum of three weeks duration at various locations pan Nigeria.
• Provide daily report on issues and work progress at specific location to line manager.
• Conduct device inventory at specific location, handover devices to depot administrator at specific location at end of go-live support.
