Among other responsibilities of varying priority, I - - Spearheaded the software development and maintenance of Bytework’s in-house Customer Fulfilment System.- Guided value creation from requirements documentation through product design and implementation, to testing, release and monitoring. - Drove a resultant 52% increase in the number of fulfilled customer tickets, over three product release iterations, in two quarters.
