Administer operation and maintenance of ORIENT's data center.Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data center plans.Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.Perform troubleshooting on data center components, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.Responsible for the day to day operation for all IT services that are successfully transitioned into operation and continuously improving users'satisfaction.Periodically review existing security procedures, and identify areas that require change to ensure those are kept updated for maintainingcontinued security of IT infrastructure and services.Managing a large country wide network comprising of Cisco routers, switches, ASA firewalls and Cisco WLAN controllers.Administration of Windows and Linux servers (Samba, Squid Proxy, SAP, Email, DNS, Domain, AV, VPN)Providing level 3 technical support IT teams for escalated issues.Planning, Deploying and Managing wired and wireless networks.Vendors and service providers coordination and management.Defining and implementing IT policies & procedures in accordance to Information Security Management Standards.Mentor juniors and mid-level solution engineers.Act as a single point escalation contact and work as with team members to resolve issues.Participate in extended-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and-or on-call availability as needed.
