• Responsible for all the activities related Testing of Electrical Switchgear and Switchboards at Factory.• Troubleshooting in electrical problems.• To test for Power Panels like M.D.B, S.M.D.B, Disbo, A.T.S(Automatic Transfer Switch) and Capacitor bank.• To test for Control Panels like M.C.C (Motor Control Centre), D.D.C (Direct Digital Control) and B.M.S (Building Management System) etc• Preparation and review of ITPs, Test Plans as per the project's specs• Documentation of quality assurance procedures & work instructions as per ISO 9001:2008 • Review of Non-Conformities, checking the interlock of electrical scheme, performing Factory Acceptance Test • In charge of receiving Inspection Request.• FAT & Responsible for in-process inspection of switchgear• Ensure the preparation of as-built drawings and correct the drawing as per site requirements• Performing final internal routine testing for each panel before releasing for dispatch & prepare inspection reports/test certificates etc.

Involved in work related to Commercial and Residential Building Construction project work at different Buildings Projects.Electrical installation of Residential & commercial Buildings. Responsible for the inspection of installation of Instruments, Conduits and fittings (above and below ground), Cable trays/ladder racks and Cables, Junction Boxes, Control Panels, Consoles, wiring termination, impulse tubing as per the project specification.Inspection on electrical conduiting & wiring work with respect to electrical load. Supervised overall power and lighting distribution for building systems and interiors for wiring, Cabling and Distribution Boards fitting and fixtures. Involved in the Work of Electrical Quality Control EngineerResponsible for implementation of all Electrical components with respect to drawings which comprises of Lighting layout, Power layout, Grounding layout, Various Low Current system such as Telephone, Data, Fire Alarm, CCTV, single line diagrams for LV and Low Current system.Conducting the inspection at the different stages of project. Submission of material for Medium voltage, Low voltage and Low current systems and Co-ordination between the Consultant and Suppliers.Preparing of reports and sending recommendations. Coordinating with Planning Engineers to make schedules of all electrical activities.

 Testing I.R values of P.T.R’s every month. Maintaining the gas and pressures of circuit breakers. Load calculation of received and distributed. Operating and Maintaining 5.6/7.0 MVA Transformer. Electrical switch yard maintenance. Load monitoring at peak load time. Testing of relays in control room.
