 Successfully designed business plans for divestment of Rupani Foundation training centres and delivered training under the EU Gems and Jewellery project implemented by AKRSP. Analyzed EU-funded Gems and Jewellery project products in the market and performed traceability study to track G&J project trainees progress in gems cutting, polishing, and jewelry crafting.

 Efficiently compiled and analyzed data throughout the process to create a valuable resource for informed decision-making and future planning. Played an instrumental role in the comprehensive value chain analysis of Greenwood and offered essential information for targeted skill development initiatives. Conducted a targeted survey to identify and highlight promising areas within the greenwood industry, paving the way for strategic development opportunities.Agribusiness Support Business Fund (ASF) USAID Project: Assumed and maintained liability for distributing grant to the beneficiaries. Functioned in close collaboration with the project team in the field mobilization to create Farmer Enterprise Group (FEG) in the selected districts. Managed and maintained records and databases pertaining to the Farmer Enterprise Groups (FEGs) to ensure accuracy and accessibility for ongoing and future reference. Examined key data to create reports about project progress and handle records and databases of FEG’s.Worked on Data Base of the EELY project: Formulated and maintained beneficiaries’ database while collecting information from all regional offices of the individuals, receiving skill development trainings.
