CurrentDeliver first-rate support to the management in promoting digital and entrepreneurial culture among youth in the region. Establish and strengthen long-term working relations with government line departments, market associations, civil society organizations, private sector, and other enterprise support agencies to support programme implementation. Offer robust financial and technical support to on/off-farm MSMEs in executing digital innovation strategies. Maintain project progress reports and documentation & detail to examine skill and enterprise related information for project reporting. Enhanced economic conditions of vulnerable households in the Central Asian 1 poverty project by designing and executing effective house-hold prosperity plans. Strengthened the business by delivering business management training to these entrepreneurs and providing cash grants to over 80 micro enterprise and farmer groups. Set a benchmark of excellence by managing awareness events, pitch sessions, and learning visits for entrepreneurs and market partners in the region under the GAC funded BEST4WEER project. Actively contributed to the implementation and monitoring of programme-related field activities, budget, and financial expenditure to assure strict adherence to expected results and project work plans. Succeeded in facilitating COVID-19 affected microenterprise and delivering training to digitize micro-enterprises in EC funded Pakistan Civil Society project. Facilitated the arrangement and execution of employer-led skill development and 21st-century Future of Work training programme, workshops, conventions, seminars, and events at the national level and within GBC. Established crucial market linkages to public and private sectors and updated a MIS and data bank for GBC Employable Skills programme component trainees, beneficiaries, and service providers, resulting in a valuable resource indicating sectors with wide employment potential.
