Supervise all the TRS jobs on field from 20” Casing to 2 7/8” completion , Bucking job and Casing Cutting job etc. Conduct all pre job check on equipment to ensure all equipment is available on location and fit for job. Test all the equipment with my Crew according to procedure.Coordination with base about personnel and equipment utilization and Logistics coordination of equipment and their refurbishment, inspection, fault report, preventive maintenance and trouble shooting .Discuss the Casing or Tubing Running Program with the client representative, Lead the pre job safety meeting on the field and discus all the JSA , observe the job, equipment and technician performance and face any trouble shooting during the job, Train the new technician and give them On Job Training.Involved in the documentation of loading note verification, toolbox talk card, safety meetings, and documentation and seeking job tickets signatures from customer representative along with feed backs for satisfaction or improvementAttend the meetings with clients and Promotion of TRS product lines and services.Self confident, reliable, team player with a flexible attitude. Coordination of all TRS field activities.

• I have supervised a number of well completion jobs involving very critical space out and performed more than 350 TRS job as a Tong Operator and Stabber from 20”casing to 2 3/8 completions on almost all rigs of Operating companies in Pakistan .e.g. Schlumberger, Weatherford, Dew tag, Great wall & Cracow etc. • I also have done many independents of casing cutting jobs,Bucking jobs Dual completion job, Rig less Job at BP, PPL, BHP & ENI• I am also performing other key operations like Pickup and Lay down Machine for chrome handlings and JAM (Joint Analyze Make Up), a special purpose computer use to monitor torque provided to the tubular at oil field locations in Pakistan.• I have hand on working experience of preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, redressing, operating, Rig up & Rig down of TRS equipment according to check list including Power Units, Power Tongs, Jam Pro, RMS/FMS, Circulating Head,Single Joint Compensator, Spider, Elevator and all types of handling.• Involved in the documentation of loading note verification, toolbox talk card, safety meetings, and documentation and seeking job tickets signatures from customer representative along with feed backs for satisfaction or improvement• Have in depth knowledge of completion functions and accessories used in completion string like packers, safety valve, landing nipples, X-mass tree etc.
