• Responsible to reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements of materials.• Responsible to liaising with various project management team (PMT) such as site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors about the any work relating to ongoing progress of project.• Responsible to preparing reports, analyses, risk assessment, and other documents that are required by the project team.• Responsible in keeping track of movement of materials and ordering when required.• Responsible to document any changes in design and updating budgets.• Responsible to travel from the office to various sites as required.• Responsible to manage and control job execution including interface with others to ensure all tasks are performed to meet business targets in terms of materials, labours, schedule, quality, Safety, budget, yard / clients’ deliverables, technical inquiry and specification, customer satisfaction with meeting the objective of ensuring efficient and cost-effective implementation in accordance with contractual requirements• Responsible to monitor & ensure the work execution follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Work Instruction Manual (W.I) to adhere / comply with industry best practices and statutory requirements.

• Responsible to manage for manpower, schedule of process, fabrication, installation, documentation, drawing, inspection, modification of drawing, testing and attend meeting to update the progress project.• Responsible to prepare a project report of my progress to Surveyor, QAQC, SCM, Cost Control, Client, and Project Management.• Responsible to plan and manage on resource utilization in relation to manpower loading, tools, equipment, facilities, and drawings, to meet contractual requirements comprising technical specifications, delivery, and schedule and customer satisfaction with the objective of achieving optimized resource utilization to facilitate Management decision-making.• Responsible to ensure that technical specification must follow the client request or provide new idea or solution to solve problem immediately.• Responsible for planning, organizing, leading and allocation of department resources utilization, work schedule, procedure, and job execution for assigned project to ensure to meet projects timeline, cost effectiveness, QHSE and compliance to statutory regulations.• Responsible to manage and monitor the cost of production against the budget in the Project work execution to ensure Project is profitable and successful meeting specification and requirement.• Responsible to plan and develop work schedule and daily progress report to ensure the implementation of work-activities are carry out as per work specifications and in compliance with Project Management Team (PMT) master schedule.• Responsible to manage and control job execution including interface with others to ensure all tasks are performed to meet business targets in terms of materials, labours, schedule, Quality, Safety, budget, yard / clients’ deliverables, Technical Inquiry and specification, customer satisfaction with meeting the objective of ensuring efficient and cost-effective implementation in accordance with contractual requirements.

• Responsible for analysing, creating, and revising estimate of repair for damaged container which include name of component, type of material, cost of repair and coordinate survey on both of CMA CGM depot that located at North Port and West Port.• Responsible to perform physical survey of damage container at both of CMA CGM depot that located at North Port and West Port that is above a certain threshold that was set by main headquarter.• Replying to shippers, customers, clients, HOD and logistic emails pertaining container repair and needs.• Responsible to manage and coordinate off hire repairs process.• Maintaining the weekly average repair cost is align with the target set from main headquarter.• Manage equipment turn time for damaged containers inside depot.• Responsible to attend and maximize the recovery against 3rd party for container`s handling damages.• Responsible to ensure & maintain vendor's good standard, work processes, and equipment availability.• Responsible to attend to M&R exception issue related to container damage, repair, reefer mal-function and offer a probable solution.• Responsible to perform a DQAP (Depot Quality Assessment Program) every quarter of year on CMA CGM depot in Malaysia.• Prepare a report to be present weekly meeting with Head of Department regarding cost, workflow, repair movement, and container movement in depot.

• Responsible for creating and revising estimate of repair for damaged container which include name of component, type of material, and cost of repair of CMA CGM North Port depot.• Supervise the daily flow of M&R cycle, repair trends of container, and total container inventory inside depot.• Maintaining the weekly average repair cost is align with the target set from main headquarter.• Provide a suitable container depending on requirement of client`s need.• Attend daily QC of repaired container and ensure the container is repair within company`s criteria of repair.• Prepare a report to be present weekly meeting with Head of Department regarding cost, workflow, repair movement, and container movement in depot.• Work in team with sub-contractor to solve any issues arise inside and outside of depot.• Replying to shippers, customers, clients, HOD and logistic emails.• Attend outdoor repair request by shippers, customers, and clients.

-Appointed as an assistant QA/QC inspector for painting at Package 3 of RAPID, Pengerang-Assist QC Inspector to inspect the daily painting progress around the Package 3 of RAPID Project-Responsible for preparing a daily QC inspection report for painting of pipe-Responsible for monitoring the work execution is on track of the schedule provided by supervisor accordingly-Communicate with the project management team to ensure the task at hand is completed within the schedule-Planning for project risks such as ensuring adequate material recourse and labour requirement-Ensure the work quality is up to required standards by client
