 initially i was responsible of sales team with 2 group in my supervision and achieved 108% targets with each team member won incentive by achieving his targets. then given responsibility to launch institutional team i successfully launched institutional team in Mayo Hosp,GRH,SIMS,Jinnah hosp,Sheikh Zayed,and LGH with 12 SPO's.worked with team and developed wards and top consultants and key persons of each assigned ward. motivated team and trained them on selling skills to meet institutional working objective Team development and developed among those for future team leaders 2 SPO's promoted as area managers laterly well equip them with product knowledge
