I worked my manufacturing internship for the summer in the facility management department.

During my internship, I had the opportunity to work on three ongoing projects (S1, G7, Q1) at various stages of the manufacturing process. This was a highly beneficial experience as it allowed me to gain knowledge about different construction manufacturing processes. Throughout the internship, I gained competencies in industrial engineering, human resources, lean manufacturing, and construction. As part of process improvement works, my manager and I analyzed the manufacturing process of the G7 housing project by reviewing weekly plans and creating a value stream map.

Together with my teammates, I introduce Google technologies and create sustainable solutions to various problems using these technologies. In this position, I develop community activities and conduct research to generate innovative ideas. Additionally, I enhance my planning and communication skills by lead in the organization of various events. Also, I was a member of the organizing team for the GDSC Çukurova Devfest'23 summit.

I am responsible for managing team meetings and tracking weekly tasks. In order to stay updated on Discord developments, I utilize bots to organize relevant channels and promote efficient teamwork. Additionally, I effectively communicate with Yetgen IT and other teams through Slack.

I offer solutions to the technical problems experienced by trainees on YetGen Discord servers and work to increase the functionality of the server. I am working on opening Discord servers, developing these servers, following the developments in Discord and integrating them into the server, and organizing the relevant channels with the help of bots for efficient teamwork. Our team optimizing server performance to increase overall efficiency.

In our project, I coordinate with our consultant and manage task distribution within the team.

Lasting for 4 weeks, I published weekly summaries of what I learned about Blockchain and its fundamentals on my Medium blog (https://medium.com/@ikrarumeysaaksu).

It is a social and personal development program where I develop my important and effective competencies such as leadership and gain awareness on different perspectives and ways of thinking.

YetGen is a 14-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Modeling with Excel, Information / Media / Finance / Health Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen (Ideathon) process have been organized.I have completed the assignments given during the program, and developing an idea for a solution to a world problem with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen ideathon.

Working voluntarily in this position, I brought together the training of the YEA platform with the students. I explained the system to them and helped them with their problems. I found solutions to students' requests and complaints during the education process.

YEA, is an academy program that aims to develop the strategic perspectives and leadership skills of talented Young Executive Candidates towards the business world, and is carefully prepared for individuals who change, not keep up with change. I received Entrepreneurship and E-commerce & Influencer Marketing trainings in this academy.

I served as a board member for this student community and also manage our community's official social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) accounts.

It is a training program realized in cooperation with Akbank Gençlik Akademisi and Cisco.
