As a Creative Design & Marketing Specialist for Norfolk Developers, my role involves help bring the experience of the community together by elevating and enhancing the brand’s image. Overall, my role is about shaping engaging narratives, integrating creativity and strategic communication to elevate Norfolk Developers’ brand presence across various platforms.* Idea generation and implementation* Helping plan and execute the events* Furthering the goal: generating ideas and bringing them to life via the best means for them —  from community research, to artworking, graphic design, product design, and illustration, to combining this with carefully researched and crafted social media presence and PR campaign via the use and management of diverse channels.* Additionally, as a networking aficionado, I am also looking to establish meaningful connections to find wonderful new people, foster and grow the existing community.

Managing the growth and visibility of a budding new Tech Company within a Tech Education sector

My digital marketing role was centered on email planning, layouts and content management to drive target audience engagement, brand visibility and growth in which I provided support to the delivery of the content and marketing plans as directed by the Marketing Manager. My role included:Creating compelling artwork (from scratch or using existing images) in accordance with brand guidelines (using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) for daily emails as well as the companies’ websites and social media (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn); working with an in-house marketing team as remotely liaising with other designers regarding projects (for print and online use); creating a library of assets for long-term use; working on projects for print e.g. designing product catalogues for the upcoming year; proofreading; creating new written or visual content/ copywriting; email marketing/ e-campaigns; keeping up with and staying ahead of the email schedule delivering direct mail plans; using a Content Management system (CMS)/ Email Marketing Platform Pure360; Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; CMS Pure360

General administration and customer enquiries; Producing invoices/ Excel spreadsheets; In charge of monitoring certain areas of stock (keeping an inventory/ stock of product returns) and entering it into the system database; Coordinating deliveries and solving issues, associated with the delivery of goods; Maintaining rapport with customers via phone and email; Answering incoming and outgoing calls and emails (Informing customers of the delivery times and ensuring that all the delivery details are correct and up-to-date); Dealing with customer queries (solving them/ finding the best course of action); Maintaining a balance between customer’s satisfaction and what the company can offer.

Administrative work: answering emails, calls. Planning of a work schedule, organizing work. Calling existing and potential clients. Maintaining customer rapport. Keeping documentation in order. Reporting/ writing reports.

Fully managed a retail store for 6 years, from its opening day onwards; managing a small workforce of up to 10 people; organizing events (e.g. a catering event for KPMG for 300+ people); Hired and trained employees – guided new recruits through the whole process from start to finish; full first-hand knowledge of the Retail processes: operating the tills, positioning the merchandise/ product placement, rotating & ordering stock, serving customers, building rapport with suppliers and customers, making deals with the suppliers, arranging deliveries (both locally and from overseas), working at the till and with money, Key-holder, cash handling, banking, keeping data/ records. Reporting/ writing reports; Ordering and organizing palette shipments from Germany / Poland / Greece to Cyprus; Marketing services: collaborating with newspapers and magazines; Designing adverts for the store: fliers, brochures, newspaper ads; Ability to work under pressure (I have worked under very competitive market conditions – notably through the recession period in Cyprus).

This job involved translating and proofreading blogs (entertainment, education, leisure, causual etc) as well as business-related, financial and political articles. Languages: Russian to English and English to Russian.

Getting experience in the Shipping and Logistics industry. Following the entire process from receiving the documents concerning the cargo from clients to clearing and forwarding the freight at the customs and doing other paperwork that came with it.
