As a Technical Engineer at PT Indo Bharat Rayon (IBR), I apply my chemical engineering degree and my expertise in the Technical department to optimize the production of rayon fibers. I have been working at APR for over six years, starting as a DCS operator and then becoming a process engineer in 2022. 1. I am responsible for providing daily technical support and troubleshooting, managing the chemical consumption and utility usage, and implementing preventive actions to reduce production loss. I also apply statistical tools and methods, such as HAZOP, FMEA, and Minitab, to analyze and improve the process performance and quality. 2. Thanks to my efforts and contributions, I have achieved multiple results, such as reducing the LP steam consumption from 8.35 T/Ton to 7.23 T/Ton, which earned me a Bronze Kaizen award. I also participated in the commissioning of the CS2 recovery system, which increased the efficiency and safety of the process. I am motivated by learning new skills and technologies, and I have completed several training and certifications, such as HAZOP, FMEA, Minitab, Risk Management .
