Evenhaving same recipe for each product, they need to be sold at different prices for differentmarkets; plus having different cost of rentals, contracts, and GP deductions for big malls,resulted in having complicated calculations to determine best prices to promote in eachmarket, in order to meet both expected profit margin and customers’ satisfaction.• Another big challenge was about people, either employees or partners. Faced bad employeesfrom ones who just were not responsible, to ones who secretly took advantages. Dealt withmanagement teams of big malls who gave no respect and no responsibility to businesspartners but only cared about their own job requirements. Dealt with store owner who judgedproducts based on biased personal preferences rather than customers’ behavior andfeedbacks from focused groups. Preferred to solve such matters by ending contract with theproblematic employees or discontinuing product supplies with the parties as soon as possible
