Update any Owner/Resident Information received in Yardi & the Belltown Court Distribution List. Create and update community flyers posted throughout the community. Communicate with maintenance and janitorial for any building issues needing their attention. Prepare and send all correspondence to the community on behalf of the Association. Responsible for the Collection of all HOA dues by pulling aged receivables, assessing late fees, sending correspondence to owners, etc. Code all invoices charged to the Association. Manage and organize all vendor billing information, COIs, and W9s. Assist in the preparation of Board packages for Board and Appeal Meetings.
