As a part of ADP and Malam Payroll partnership, I'm leading the operation of customer service and application support for global clients who run operation also in Israel.This operation is based on ADP Global View solution which we integrated our SAP localization into it.This way, global clients can use same payroll solution for all their locations around the world.I lead the buildup and ongoing operation of teams to provide the service for both clients local and remote payroll divisions.

Helped client identify needs and managed the RFI response effort.Managed the migration process: Product management, Infrastructure, Establishing Payroll Rules, Reports, Inbound/Outbound Interfaces and customized screens. Integration to peripheral enterprise systems.
