I help people explore their beliefs around their losses - both recent and in the past - so that they can take actions to complete unresolved emotions that continue to cause them pain. As a griever myself, I deeply understand how the grief from a profound loss can disrupt your entire life making it challenging to find joy again. As a grief specialist, I take my own personal loss, coupled with extensive study, to help you rediscover the joy in your life.I am also a grief advocate, passionate about promoting grief and loss support within corporations. I'm currently building a corporate grief program to help managers support their employees. This will combine grief education, training and the Grief Recovery Method Support model. This powerful combination will help employees work through their loss so that they can get back to being productive team members and rediscover the joy in their life.
