Charged with maximising shareholder value, spearheading the company's vision, mission and all other aspects of business strategy and operations.OQC develops technology that harnesses the power of quantum to do things previously deemed impossible, using state-of-the-art, innovative superconducting quantum hardware spun out of the University of Oxford.• Leadership & Growth: Transformed OQC from a theoretical concept to a thriving deep tech company, achieving a 55x valuation uplift, multi-million dollar revenues, and raising over $100 million through Series A and B funding rounds within 6 years.• Values & Culture: Established a world-class value-led team, growing to 110+ employees across the UK, Japan, and Spain. Cultivated a culture of love and high-performance teamwork.• Delivery & Execution: Developed Europe's first commercially available Quantum Computing as a Service (QCaaS) product from a single qubit patent, servicing customers through AWS.
